Home visits · Cornwall & Devon
Ear wax removal across the South West — at home.
We do not run a clinic, because out here the journey is usually the hard part. Warm water irrigation and microsuction, brought to your own front room, across 13 towns in North Cornwall, East Cornwall, West Devon and North Devon — £30 for one ear, £50 for both, with no call-out fee wherever you are.

How the wax is removed
Two methods, one price — and we decide once we have looked
Rural does not have to mean a long drive for your ears
Between Bodmin Moor, the Atlantic coast and the edge of Dartmoor there are a lot of villages a long way from anywhere with a clinic. For a great many people out here the blocked ear is the small problem and the round trip is the big one — especially without a car, or when someone at home cannot be left.
So the appointment travels instead. Everything needed comes in the bag, the price is the same wherever you are, and there is no clinic trip, no waiting room and no getting home again afterwards.
- No call-out fee£30 one ear, £50 both, anywhere we cover.

Questions about coverage
Which areas do you cover?
North Cornwall, East Cornwall, West Devon and North Devon — thirteen towns and the villages around them, from Bude and Stratton across to Bideford, Okehampton and Launceston. If your village is not named on one of the town pages, ask: the list is the towns we visit most, not a boundary.
Is there a travel charge if I am further out?
No. The price is £30 for one ear and £50 for both, wherever you are in the covered area. There is no call-out fee and no charge for coming to you.
Why home visits rather than a clinic?
Because out here the journey is often the hard part. Rural West Devon and North Cornwall mean a long drive to the nearest clinic, and that is before parking, a waiting room and getting home again. If you do not drive, are looking after someone, or simply do not want the trip, the appointment coming to you removes the whole problem.
What happens at a home visit?
We bring everything needed. Your ears are examined first, then cleared using warm water irrigation or microsuction — whichever suits your ears on the day — and checked again afterwards so you leave knowing they are clear.
